Aquidneck Farms raises grass-fed beef and pastured poultry on conservation land overlooking the scenic Sakonnet River in Portsmouth, RI. Aquidneck Farms manages close to 400 acres of prime agricultural land all within two miles of the original farm. Our goal is to establish a 180 head closed Angus herd. We have added poultry, sell eggs, chicken broilers as well as farm products.
Beef
There are a number of labels used to describe sustainable meats. At Aquidneck Farms we have chosen just one: grass-fed.
Farm Products
Dry hay or silage bales sold in 4×4 round bales as well as Farm compost for use as a soil amendment.
Poultry
Our pastured birds are raised in mobile outdoor pens with built in coops called “chicken tractors”

All cuts can be purchased at the farm store. A limited selection is available at the farmer’s market.
